Recently the sixth form welcomed Detective Inspector Guy Shimmons into the General Studies. He gave a very informative talk on the issue of the trafficking of the young girls in Dorset.His talk was well received by all the girls who were surprised that there could be such a problem in Dorset, albeit a small one. This talk forms part of the community cohesion program, which aims to ensure that the girls are aware of local issues as well as global ones. We look forward to more talks like this from the Detective Inspector in the future.
