This Tuesday’s Fox Awards saw the return of our Annual Cream Tea. It was a glorious day and St Cecelia’s courtyard was a wonderful sunny spot to enjoy the delicious scones and jam and listen to the girls sing some of the songs from their production of the Jarrow Crusade earlier this year. The many guests took part in a ‘Name the Teddy’ competition and were generous with their donations as this year’s event was run in conjunction with Breast Cancer Care’s ‘Summer Strawberry Tea’ campaign. The girls were very attentive and took great care of all our visitors. It was a lovely afternoon and a wonderful way to end the Fox Awards year.
