School Transport
At exeats and half-terms transport can be booked to take pupils to Gillingham Station, to London and to the M5run as required. Transport needs to be booked in advance. Please see following details for examples of drop off points and estimated times of arrival.

Seats for the London transport must be booked in advance and no later than two week-days prior to travel. The coach will not wait longer than 10 minutes beyond the scheduled departure time from each stop. Anyone unable to make it to the coach on time will need to contact the Escort and travel to the next stop. Naturally, we cannot guarantee arrival at these times, as it depends upon the traffic, but we take contact numbers and the escort should be able to advise of any delays.
The School Office is open Monday-Friday from 8 am to 8 pm during term time and from 9 am to 4 pm outside of term time.

Times are approximate, based on departure time from school, traffic, and whether or not there are girls travelling to each of the locations (for example, if no girls are travelling to Bristol, then the arrival time at Stroud may be 30 minutes earlier). On the Friday of departure, you are welcome to contact Laura Coffin on 01747-852416 before 4 pm, or from 4 pm onwards call the Escort on her mobile, to check likely timings.
