School Transport

At exeats and half-terms transport can be booked to take pupils to Gillingham Station, to London and to the M5run as required. Transport needs to be booked in advance. Please see following details for examples of drop off points and estimated times of arrival.

Seats for the London transport must be booked in advance and no later than two week-days prior to travel. The coach will not wait longer than 10 minutes beyond the scheduled departure time from each stop. Anyone unable to make it to the coach on time will need to contact the Escort and travel to the next stop. Naturally, we cannot guarantee arrival at these times, as it depends upon the traffic, but we take contact numbers and the escort should be able to advise of any delays.

The School Office is open Monday-Friday from 8 am to 8 pm during term time and from 9 am to 4 pm outside of term time.

ETA at Stroud (Shell Service Station by Little Chef, M5 junction 13,
1st roundabout on A419, turn left, Little Chef)
7:00 - 7:15pm
ETA at Cheltenham Travelodge. Exit M5 Junction 11 onto the A40 eastbound, signposted Cheltenham. At the first roundabout take 4th exit onto Hatherley Lane, then first left and follow round to the Travelodge car park. 7.45-8.00pm
ETA at Droitwich (Robin Hood Public House Exit M5 Junction 5 signposted A38, down to roundabout, turn left following sign to Droitwich, 500 yards down on left hand side is the pub) 8:45 – 9:00 pm
ETA at Halesowen (BP Garage off from junction 3) 9:15 – 9:30 pm

The car or minibus will drop off girls in the car parks of the above locations. Times are approximate, based on departure time from school, traffic, and whether or not there are girls travelling to each of the locations (for example, if no girls are travelling to Bristol, then the arrival time at Stroud may be 30 minutes earlier). On the Friday of departure, you are welcome to contact Laura Coffin on 01747-852416 before 4 pm, or from 4 pm onwards call the Escort on her mobile, to check likely timings.

Please co-operate by collecting girls promptly at each stop.

Times are approximate, based on departure time from each point, traffic, and whether or not there are girls travelling from each of the locations. Any queries or concerns during transport can be made with the escort on 07968 749513. The School Office is closed on Sundays and Bank Holidays. In an emergency, please call the duty mobile on 07801 130491.

Seats for the M5 run must be booked at least two week-days prior to travel. Seats should be booked by girls on sign-up sheets posted on the 24-hour board.
