The first lesson of Self-Defence was quite scary because Kelvin, our teacher, talked about people coming up and talking to us and what we have to do about it.  The second week we learnt some moves with our arms and legs, and then practised them on the bag. It was really fun!  I think the lessons will become a lot more fun as they go on.  And I think that you should definitely do the classes because it is really good to learn it.
