St Mary’s celebrates another year of excellent results at GCSE with nearly half of all candidates achieving 8 or more A*/As.

Elinor and Millie gained 9 A*s whilst Hatty, Georgia and Victoria gained 8 A*s.  Each of these girls took 10 or 11 subjects.

This year the Science results were spectacular with 95% of all grades in the separate sciences (Physics, Chemistry and Biology) at A*/A. To compliment this, there were outstanding results in Drama where all students gained A* and Photography with all grades at A*/A.

This balance of academic rigour and creative flair encapsulates the spirit of St Mary’s.
