Bryanston is located approximately twenty-four miles south-west of Salisbury and fourteen miles north-west of Poole. The School and 400 acre estate are situated just outside the Georgian market town of Blandford, Dorset. The main gate to the school is most easily accessed as follows. From the roundabout at the Blandford-by-pass at the A350 Poole and Bournemouth junction (look out for Tescos!) follow signs to the town centre. After a mini roundabout there is a T junction (now a new mini-roundabout); the main gates leading to the long drive through the Bryanston estate are opposite this T junction.

Canford School

Directions from the A31 Wimborne Bypass
Turn South as for A349 at roundabout midway along bypass following local signs to "Merley, Broadstone and Canford Manga".
After only 100m turn left at next roundabout towards "Canford Magna and Wimborne"
After 200m turn right to "Canford School" (by the Willett Arms).
After 1km Canford is at the bottom of the hill on the left.
The Porter's lodge is the first building you reach on the right after the archway.

Clayesmore is situated in the village of Iwerne Minster. The village lies astride the A350, mid-way between Blandford Forum and Shaftesbury. The school is cleary sign-posted on the right travelling from Shaftesbury and on the left travelling from Blandford.

Clifton College

The Astro, where most of the hockey is played, is not at the school. It is in the area of Beggar Bush Lane / Leigh Woods near the Clifton Suspension Bridge. It is close to the Gordano Services on the M5. Directions from Shaftesbury are detailed below; allow 1.5 to 2 hours.

On A36, heading for Bath from Shaftesbury, take turning off to left signposted Norton St Philip (B3110)
Go through Hinton Charterhouse and Midford.
At double mini roundabout turn left by garage (signposted Bristol)
At next roundabout go straight over - signposted A4 Bristol (past Red Lion)
When you reach the A4, take second turning left signposted Bristol (at Globe Inn)
At next roundabout go straight over A4 at Keynsham
At traffic lights go straight on (Petsmart on right)
Drive through industrial estate (past B&Q on left)
Immediately after B&Q turn left onto ring road - signposted Avonmouth and A4
Take right-hand lane following ring road signs (A4174?)
Go left at roundabout (Tesco on right)
Follow ring road (A4174)
At big roundabout turn right - signposted Ashton/Bristol Airport/Ring road/A4
Take left hand lane at one-way system then right hand lane heading for Avonmouth/A4. As you turn right get into left-hand lane then go left onto A3029
At roundabout go straight over
Keep on A3029 past Bristol City FC (on right)
At Ashton Gate underpass, follow signs to Portishead and M5 South (right-hand lane)
Then take second left at roundabout above Portishead (A369)
At small roundabout follow signs to Portishead (A369)
At traffic lights, go straight over
100 yards past traffic lights turn left into ground

The Royal High School Bath

If you are approaching the school from Bath city centre you need to head for the north of the city and the major set of traffic lights between the Paragon, Broad Street, Lansdown Road and George Street. This junction leads to Lansdown which is sign-posted. As you drive up Lansdown Road you will find The Royal High School Junior Department on your left-hand side, opposite the Lansdown Grove Hotel. If you carry on past this you will approach St Stephen's Church. Take the left fork just before the church and about 200m up on the right hand side is the Royal High School. Turn right through a large stone archway and park in our driveway

If you are arriving from the M4 take Junction 18 and follow the A46 to Bath. After 4 miles you will pass through the small village of Pennsylvania followed by a roundabout. Turn right onto the A420 to Bristol. After half a mile take the left turning to Hamswell and Bath Park and Ride (Lansdown). This is a 2 mile stretch of road that winds to the main road where you turn left. You will pass the racecourse on the right, the Hare and Hounds Pub on the left as you start to drop down the hill into Bath. After another 100m down on the left hand side is the Royal High School. Turn left through stone archway and park in our driveway.

Sherborne School for Girls

From the A303 via either the B3145 or B3148. On entering the town turn right onto the A30 at a T-junction. Continue on the A30 in a westerly direction till you reach a set of overhead traffic lights at the edge of the town. You will pass a garage to the left en route. At the traffic lights turn left. Then immediately take the first turning on the left. You are now in Bradford Road. The school is situated on both sides of this road.

From the A352 (Blandford Forum or Dorchester direction) A long descent brings you into the town immediately following which you cross the railway line. Now take the first turning on the left. Continue straight over the first set of traffic lights. You will next pass beneath an overhead pedestrian footbridge. Signal right before reaching this pedestrian footbridge. Immediately after passing beneath the footbridge turn to the right into Bradford Road. The school is situated on both sides of this road.
