On the 19th Feb, after an early start, the St. Mary’s riding teams set off for their first competition of the season at Millfield.

Due to the extremely unpredictable weather this week the U12 & U13 N Dorset Tournament has been postponed until next Tuesday and the U11’s hockey match against The Old Malthouse unfortunately had to be cancelled.

County Badges and Trophies

We have some County Hockey players among us who have competed in their West of England Tournaments over the last couple of weeks. Could the following girls please come up to receive their County badges: Lottie, Alice, Laura and Ruth.

We would also like to officially present Katie with the Schools Tetrathalon trophy, from the competition at Sandroyd last summer.

There is lots to report this week.

The week started with fixtures on Wednesday with the U11s Netball Team playing at the Bryanston Prep Schools Tournament.

The week started off with a cross country competition at Bryanston. For many this was their first running competition and not an easy one to start with as there were over a hundred people running at once over about three miles!
